2. Ada tiga jenis paket yang bisa dipilih bersamaan dengan jenis tertanggung:

Titanium : Biaya medis area pasifik hingga 600.000
Platinum : Biaya medis area pasifik hingga 1.200.000
Diamond : Biaya medis area pasifik hingga 1.800.00

Cara Booking Japan Travel Insurance by Tokio Marine 

1. Lakukan pembelian dengan menyertakan data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk masing-masing orang seperti berikut ini:

- Tiket Pesawat Pulang Pergi
- Foto passport
- Alamat email

Cara Klaim Japan Travel Insurance by Zurich
Berikut ini adalah syarat dan ketentuan dalam mengajukan klaim Asuransi Zurich:

1. Kamu harus membuat pemberitahuan secara tertulis kepada Zurich paling lambat 30 hari sejak terjadinya hal yang menyebabkan klaim.

2. Kumpulkan dokumen-dokumen serta bukti pendukung paling lambat 90 hari sejak terjadinya hal yang menyebabkan klaim. Dokumen-dokumen yang dibutuhkan tersebut, antara lain adalah:

1. Formulir Klaim & Kronologi Kejadian / Claim Form & Event Chronology
2. Fotokopi Identitas Diri / Copy of ID Card
3. Fotokopi Paspor / Copy of Passport
4. Fotokopi Polis / Copy of Policy
5. Tiket & Boarding Pass / Tiket & Boarding Pass
6. Dokumen Lain Jika Diperlukan / Other Documents if Needed
